Negative list
in negative list services by rbi is covered. what about services to rbi? also what about part time job as a lecturer in a college? is he liable to pay service tax?

Services to RBI is not covered under negative list hence Service tax provision shall be applicable..
Yes if others conditions satisfied.....
as a part time lecturer if u are in contract, it would amount to salary income if al other condition satisfies..
There is Employer and Employee relation.so,it was ambit of service tax.

yes... no service tax will be applicable as it would amount to salary rather than service provided.....
