Hi All, Good Evening. Thanks to all who have been helping here. I am Prashanth HS from Bangalore. We (3 brothers) have purchased a property jointly worth 1 crore in the ratio 35:35:30 from state govt housing body. I do know that, we have to file 3 separate form 26QB based on our share. However, I have some confusion while filling the below fields in the form 26QB - Total Amount Paid/Credited (Is this total value of the property or individual share? I think this is individual share, i.e, 35 lakhs in my case, need confirmation) ) - Total Property value (Is this total value of the property or individual share?, I think this is total property value, i.e, 1 Cr but need confirmation) - Total value of consideration (Is this total value of the property or individual share?) All these fields are under "Amount Paid/Credited" tab in the form 26 QB. I have attached a screen shot for reference. Please do let me know if more information is required to understand the query.
