hey guys m doing articleship & m pursuing graduation from ignou university & it will take me 1 more year 2 complete my graduation & soo can i fill in form for cs executive level during my tenure of articleship before completion of my gratuation.....

Yes, why not.
You have to inform ICAI about CS course in Form 112 within 30 days giving discripttion and sign of your principle. After 30 days you have to pay Rs. 1000 fine and you can submit anytime by paying such an amount.
Only one additional course (apart from your CA) is allowed to be pursued during the course of your articleship.

Go and check in your IPCC prospectus. Then you'll be able to figure out who's correct.......
