Hi freinds..i need help from u..
Actually i have padhuka's book for audit & assurance borrowed from my freind..it's published in 2007 and my attempt for group -1 pcc is in may 2010..do i hve to purchase another paduka for new standards on auditing..coz i've already purchased surbhi bansal handbook on auditing just 1 week ago nd it contains new and revised standards on audit but there r not many practical oriented questions in this book..

Hi ashish, as such, the basic concepts remain same... So for that purpose, old paduka is sufficient...
But yes, for revised standards u were suppose to go for new book, which u've already.. So, i suggest to go with whatever u've already have, coz that is sufficient.. I mean, that won't hinder ur prepartion or knowledge regarding the subject...
But yes, if u still feel unsatisfied, then u can think of new paduka.. But i wud suggest to stick to available material, coz thats really enough....

i think u should go for new book..coz, it will make you clear that how can u deal with amendments and firstly u will come to know the meaning amendment in actual terms,,,,...so that u always remain adaptable to changes
