Hi,
Could some one please let me know whether scoring 60 marks in one paper while being absent for the rest of two papers in a group is still valid for exemption.

For a valid exemption, you have to score 60 marks in a subject and attempt all the papers in the group..
Yes. Presence in all the other subjects of the group is mandatory
Yes, its mandatory to attend all subjects of the group to get the benefit of exemption.
