Along with the sale invoice issued by the seller you can also fill in and down load form 50 from MP sales tax department web site https://mptax.mp.gov.in,and click on the left side for form 50,fill it,download and take print.Put your seal and signature and send it to be brought along with the goods.Fill it carefully.If your goods pass through UP area,you may have to raise a transit pass,at the check post,(3copies) give one each at the entry and exit check post and keep one copy with you. The transit pass if required may be available at the entry CP.......mjk

Is it compulsary to issue Form-31 to trader?. Trader said that to me if i issued Form-31 to him Vat tax will be exempted and need not to pay VAT tax which is applicable in that transaction.
