NCFM is related to Shares completely. There are 9 modules in the same.It is beneficial for those who w'd like to join Share trading firm or SEBI/NSE or wants to open their own trading firm.
There are one other course for banking in NSE/BSE that's called AMFI.This is beneficial for those who w'd like to join in banking.there are lot of demand of this course in banking.
You have to inform to ICAI on form 112 for this course.

The courses offered by NCFM are for Knowledge purpose and it can be used for opening a sub brokerage firm.......
Its neither a correspondence nor a regular course.............actually its not at all a course,............

Sorry sir,I am not completely agree with you. Please download the Form-112 with ICAI Guidelines and readout about NCFM from NSE website in "Why NCFM?".
I am agree with you on "NCFM for knowledge Purpose and it can be used for opening a sub brokage firm....... But it a certificate course "clearly mentioned by NSC" and SEBI/BSE/NSE are mentioned in their vacancies "NCFM all Modules Qualified required.
