Nature of business under Gst

Hi Everyone, For Gst Registration - Tyre alignment service comes under which nature of business ?

1. Is that Supplier of Service ? Or others?

2. What is the HSN code for Tyre alignment Service ?

3. Client is also willing to sell Tyre, Spare parts etc.. If he do so It also comes under trading of Goods right ?? So need to add HSN for goods also ?
