Is it good to invest now in nps system since govt has given EEE Status to it and does it really mean we can invest upto 200000 under 80c and 80ccd 1b ?

Upto 50,000/- is deduction allowable under 80CCD so its on you how much to invest
So this means 150000 under 80C IN PPF + 50000 in NPS BOTH TAX FREE AT MATURITY
Yes, and deduction can be claimed in the year of investment.
