Name change in partnership deed and gumasta license

Hi , I have opened a partnership firm alongside two friends by executing a legal partnership deed and enrolled for a Gumasta License to carry out business .We applied for a PAN Number and opened a current account for the same partnership firm.Now we wish to remove our names from the partnership deed as well as the Gumasta license and replace it with our family members name to prevent any conflict with our employment.Kindly advise the steps required to be taken
