WHETHER A COMPANY CAN BE REGISTERED WITH THE NAME LIKE GO ON INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED WITH OUT THE PERMISSION OF CENTRAL GOVERNMENT AS THE NAME OF THE COMPANY CONTAINS WORD INDIA?

I guess, they will approve it without central government's approval, if the mentioned name is not similar with existing names.
