i want to incorporate a company with name called let say xy-z. In pvt. ltd. & there is already a registered one company with name say xyz india pvt. ltd. , so can i incorporate the company with this name??

I dont think you can use this name as it is very similar to the name of the Company which already exist. Other views solicited.
