Name approval for pvt. ltd.

I have applied in form 1A for name approval with following optional name

1) CS IT Park Private Limited

2) CS IT Services Private Limited

3) CS IT Consultation Private Limited

4) Compu Serve IT Park Private Limited

5) Compu Serve IT Consultation Private Limited

Now I got the mail from MCA Stating

marked as Sent for resubmission with the following remarks-
existing co.with name U27109WB1990PTC048112 C.S. IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED West Bengal 01-01-1990 U74899DL1999PTC041584 COMPU SOFT CONSULTANTS AND SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED Delhi 25-09-1999 U72200KL2006PTC019792 COMPU-NEEDS IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED Kerala 29-08-2006 U72900TN2007PTC064993 COMPUCARE IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED Tamil Nadu 06-10-2007,pl.submit alt.names in capital letters.

Please let me know that All the above names are rejected or I have resubmit the form with the same names?

Hi Ajeet,

Its quite obvious that since you got none of the names, You wont get the same later on also so think of some other names and resubmit them (excluding the ones already rejected by the registrar) as the names stated resemble the already existing names.
