Mvat regular return annexure ; form 231

We have a query regarding MVAT regular return annuxure. We are manufacturers (not eligible for e-704) and have OMS purchases of Capital Goods used for Production (Machinery) against C form. No other interstate purchases are made for the period. We have mentioned total turnover of purchases (including the interstate purchases) in 7 (a) column of Form-231. Further the interstate aforesaid capital goods purchase is mentioned in column 7(e). Now while I was trying to fill Regular Return Annexure which is to be uploaded before uploading Form 231 there is no provision for mentioning interstate (OMS) purchases. Please guide 1. Whether any other annexure is to be filled for interstate purchases 2. OR Should we fill the Regular return annuxure with only local purchases and upload the same. If yes, will that create issue with regards to total purchase amount not matching with the Form 231 total purchase turnover amount.
