As per Sl. No. 3 of Schedule ‘C’ of Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002, “All kinds of bricks excluding paver blocks but including fly ash bricks and refractory bricks and monolithics, asphaltic roofing tiles, earthen roofing tiles.”
