Is a dealer registered on 20th February 2012 required to MVAT Audit Report of FY 2010 - 11???? where in during the year under consideration the entity was unregistered and all the tax dues of 2010-11 were paid after the dealer was registered i.e. after 20/02/2012

the consequence is that you have to pay interest and penalty..
i guess penalty is something 10% of turnover...visit sales tax office and ask for administrative
relief also according to latest circular you can file returns up to 01/04/14 by just paying 1000/- penalty.
