I hv uploaded form 501 for refund on mvat site.

my question : hard copy of  form 501 require to submit ?

If yes then what are the documents require to sumbit?

Hard copy of Form 501 along with documents like VAT audit report, VAT returns, Sale & purchase statement, VAT & CST payment challans are to be carried for inspection of STO. Other documents may be furnished as per demand of STO.
