Munish bhandari handbook mistakes

Dear Zoya, Refer Practise manual also

Even main book, here there I found mistakes, example sub section given wrong, amendment para not updated including penal provision for that particular section and so many places companies rules not given. I found all these mistakes after I compared this with Institute modules. I would like to ask this author, y the he has released law book if the contents are wrong/incomplete. In previous edition, in allied laws so many sections were not in the main book only wch were asked in past exams. Guys, I dont knw what's ur status now but whoever writing in nov15...please buy icai modules and refer it parallely. This is really a good book from icai, especially for law. Presentation with instances are really good.

@ neha, To some extent I say yes, u can write in ur own way but it should be in a standard way, at least some extent. Further, it depends on wch kind of examiner evaluating it.

@ nagarjun...sec.127 dividend chapter point number 2 exception..not amended, Declaration by independent director sub section given wrong, many places companies rules not given fully/party. Like this its goes on in munish main book. Keep institute study mtrl parallely. Its a gud book.

Whatever he has mentioned in his book is sufficient enough to clear law with good marks ! So stop worrying

I dint say his main book is not good. Compared to other authors, his main book is good. But, my question is when so many students are depending on his book for law, then y cant he give fully as per icai syllabus??. It helps us to stick with only one book fir all the stuffs right. I cant do trial n error method. By chance if the same section wch is wrongly given or not given in his book then wat can I do in exam?? His book fetch us a good marks etc all those days are gone because old book linked with old act. Now its a new act and I need proper content n proper explanation to understand the provisions. For this I told errors in new edition otherwise its really a gud book guys. Now no other options, buy his or any other book author's book but keep parallely icai study mtrlto knw correct provisions. All the best guys.

There is no alternative for CA Munish Bhandari....Final Law and his name are substitute for each other....if u r reffering ICAI module then its altogether a different story....bt pm n handbook is sufficient to score well.... Its not a time to audit....rather to execute and crack the goal....best wishes....

can anyone jot down the mistakes they come across so that the people who hve already studied from it could correct the same

There is no mistake regarding Sec 127 in handbook of munish bhandari......But there is a mistake in Sec 149 regarding Independent Director....The limit of borrowing of Co is 50Cr and not 100 Cr
