We are a logistics service provider and we have stored the imported goods of our customer in our warehouse, should we need to have VAT registration and is there any documents under VAT which need to accompany for the movement of the cargo from the warehouse to the consignee's place.

Dear Joseph,
Vat registration is not required to deliver the goods to the consignee. But the consignee must have the Tin number for goods movement. if any goods travelled without tin number then it will be detained.
Vat regn. is required for a dealer who purchase/sell of goods and for movement of goods, you shoud have proper invoice and it is not essential always that consignee have TIN no.
