Motor car input and sale of motor car

input not taken for motor car as per sec 17 (5) ,but capitalised in books and therefore next year sold such car ,whether Gst to be charged on such sale???

Yes GST applicable , please refer notification 8 /2018. ( central Tax) dated 25/1/2018 on CBIC web site .
Yes GST would be applicable on Sale of Second Hand Motor Vehicles. Refer Notification No. 8/2018 - Central Tax (Rate), dated 25th January 2018 for the GST Rate applicable on sale of second hand motor vehicles.

Dear all, please clarify where he is mentioned that it is second hand car.
