As per guidance " Ensure that the Memorandum and Article is dated on a date after the date of stamping"
Can anybody please guide me on following points -
1. We have to first submit MOA than have to pay Stamp duty, now if by any chance we cant pay the stamp duty in same day whether we need to resubmit the form again??
2. Whether any professional can digitally signed the Form in present date where the MOA signed in future date.
