I am trying to incorporate a private limited company. the company is intended to carry on spinning , manufacturing textile cloth, garments and make sale domestic and export.
i got the procedures to be followed to incorporate a private company.
can somebody please help me with a draft (or) sample MOA and AOA relating to a textile company. and also what should i put as main objective so as to cover all textile related activities.
