Mistakes in evaluation -revalution of ca final group-2

Hi Every one,

I've wrote Final Group-II in May-15 exams (Group-1 cleared in Nov-14 itself) & lost with a margin of 8 marks. So I applied for Revalution-Certified copies for AMA & DT. I received copies from Institute 29/8/15 & I found that in AMA for standard costing problem carrying 8 marks, though my solution exactly matching with Suggested answers, still examiner did strike-off & given Zero marks.

Again in DT one 16 marks Q was matching with the suggested answers including quoted caselaws & provisions of law, still examiner did strike-off & not awarded marks for few particular points. And all these are few notable instances.

If I got these marks I will definitely clear my exams. But most of the CA faternity says it is not paoosible for re-evaluation.

Can any one please help in this issue.

As per my knowledge, Copy is provided only for educational purpose and we can not do any furthure process against it.

Brother, unfortunately nothing can be done. This has happened before also many a times, but icai clearly states that this is only for checking your mistakes .

Icai will only consider totalling error or any part remained unchecked.

One of my friend also got the copy of AMA of this May-15 attempt, and I assure you, your situation is far better than him! A total of 17 marks which have already been awarded for various answers have been struck off and given zero, with no marks given for few parts of the questions. he was awarded 40 marks in the result, if you add up the correction he could easily score exepmtion! Its really demotivating to see such stuff, even I missed my final by few marks due to aggregate though I did not got the certifid copies.

Hello Deelip,

Tough luck for you. However you can go for inspection of certifed copies but the procedure is you will have to go to noida office and alone you will have to disclose your point there and if they are satisfied then only something can be possible.... otherwise no solution and reappear in Nov 15 with full preparation and definately you will get through.

Tips , dont attempt all 7 , six is asked only attempt 6, always attempt in chronological manner only. 1a then 1b then 1c and so on. If you want to attempt later in exam leave space for that question, dont frustate the examiner by writing in unorganised manner or like a doctor. Right precise and upto point neatly, . Remember paper checkers are paid very low and they have to check a lot of paper, so they are alreasy frustate and you dont want to frustate them more .
