mistake in filling exam form how to rectify

what is the procedure of rectifyin mistake held in filling the online form.......can it lead to non dispatch of admit cardetc???

hey poonam.. i mailed institute n got the following reply

Dear Candidate,

Kindly take the print out of the form, Edit the details & send the output to ICAI along with the covering letter. Then ICAI will the take necessary action for the same.

i am hereby requesting that i am a student of final new course registered vide NRO015674. i filled online examination form for my may'11 and got the PDF form saved. while analysing my form i noticed that i made a mistake while entering my PCC passing details. i cleared my PCC 2nd group in june'09 and 1st group in nov'09 but while filling form i filled 2nd group passing details in first group column and 1st group passing details in 2nd group column. i realised this mistake thereafter. my transaction is processed and it's no is EFN_NRO0150674_1266380024. please tell me what to do to rectify this error. will it create hurdle in accepting mah form?

i think i have done a mistake in filling the exam form. i entered in ipcc in direct entry scheme (pcc to ipcc). but i doubted that i entered in exam form passing  PEE-I.  and it is not showing in pdf printout. so what can i do for it
