I too got 46 in AMA. I could have got exemption if they give full credit

It was never expected that ICAI would play with the students career. They have also accepted the mistakes in the question paper in the students journal. Anyway we all pray that the judgement is in favour of the students and they should get the deserved marks

I've posted this to ca community pages on fb. at least the students should know the truth about ICAI.

First let all salute Mr Venkatasivakumr sir for taking this issue very seriously and even ready to move to HC  if his genuine request is not considerred for.   Sir- I,  as a failed final student of  Nov 2011 respect your very  PAIN and thank you again for this  noble cause which otherwise not made public.  

Deat Finalist : What we do if the same is repeated in  May 2012.   Is this is the standard of ICAI which not even bother to set a correct question.   Pl reply and send a mass mail to ICAI President.

This is a big cause to worry. But lets hope ICAI may not commit this type of mistakes in future....

i got 45 mark in costing and 

59 in FM (just one mark) so plz have the justice done to us 

We want our hard earn expemtion in this two Subject

But just tell me one thing, will the marks be changed?? will ICAI revise the statement of marks?? of all the students? irrespective of whether or not they applied for revaluation? what is the time frame required for this, considering that we are almost a week away from the exams! will ICAI postpone the exams? and what about the people who cleared due to this mistake? how can their marks not be changed (to ensure fairness of the process)?

WE in india have princle of natural justice so if there is wrong in system then alloaction must be given and ICAI himself accepteed the mistake so its a mistake and bezos of someoneone Huge Public is Affected 

I would like to highlight Satyam CASE there bezos of Auditor Mistake huge shareholer afftected so 

i think revision must be done irresptective of any application done or done 

Even I Did re totalling application and as not re checking is done but as 99% case No change 

Even applied for copy of answer sheet still not recvied when exam for next term due still not got so its a waste then what? Purpose is Failed
