I want to know if its possible to account some purchase invoice pertaining to last FY year in this FY? Are these expenses shown differently in current FY.? And what will be its impact under income tax rules.?

see, first of all those will be shown as prior period item in your current fy accounts. you will get deduction for income tax for the same
