Yes You can Take ITC on GSTR-3B of May-18

Time limit is One Year from the date of Purchase invoice...
And available Upto the Annual return

Sir, when this bill is to be booked i.e in the month of Dec and then take credit in May or it is to be booked in May month

You ll book the Purchase on December month in Your books of Accounts and C/F the ITC to May month...
So,
