Mismanagment in Banks

Your Querry is not very clear. Please provide the following information on your Querry :-

1) Are you a Shareholder or a Depositor in the Bank ?

2) What wrong activity have you observed in the Bank ?

3) Are you put to any financial loss because of Bank's wrong doing ?

However, depending upon the answer to the above questions you can file a Complaint to the Regulator i.e RBI or Banking Obdumbsman.

Kindly furnish your answer from both point of view as depositor and shareholder.What is the procedure for filling the complaint to RBI for this matter?

Can we file anything under RTI act?Or Criminal  case if this involves fraud?

Madam, i think, you can approch Ombudsman of Bank for the query/ Problem.

For Ombudsman we have to complaint against the bank to its managment.But what if managment is involved in that too. Where to make complaint and what channel is to be adopted in due course?

If the managers are involved in lending the money to related party and then declaring it as debt. then what is the procedure to file a com[plaint against the bank?
