If the chairperson died before signing the minutes then how the minutes are approved?

It can be signed by the chairman of the next meeting
It can be signed by chairpeeson of next meeting if this is the minutes of BOD meeting. If this is the minutes of member meeting then it shall be signed by a person authorised by BOD.
