Attached herewith is d draft of 1st AGM

Sir/Madam,

I wish to clarify one doubt related to Company law.i.e.

XY Pvt Ltd has 2 directors only.It held  AGM with 2 persons(and also shareholders).Mr,karthick  took the chair for this AGM.But actually he is one of the director only. In which position he should sign in the minutes of the AGM?(whether Director or Chairman)

Please clarify the above.

The minutes of AGM are signed by the person who chaired the meeting.

In ur query, Mr. Karthick who acted as a Chairman for the AGM will sign the minutes in the position of Chairman.

The Chairman of the meeting signs the minutes of the meeting within 30 days of the date of AGM.
