I am already enjoying the whole 80cc benifit now can I forgo the benefit and put money in my daughter of account please advice me

Yes, you can...... but aggregate limit of 1.50 lakhs PA does apply for investment in all the PPF accounts you are incharge of, be individual or as gardian/s.
