what is the minimum amount of sale, liable to issue a tax invoice.

As per 31 (3) (b) of the CGST act 2017 a registered person may not issue a tax invoice ,if the value of the goods or service or both supplied is less than two hundred rupees (200/-) subject to conditions and in such a manner as may be prescribed .
