Company having paid capital of Rs. 1 crore and having turnover of Rs 22 crore in F.y. 2020-2021.

While filling Form Mgt 7 its showing message to file form Mgt 7A. So which form is applicable Mgt 7 or Mgt 7A.

Sir when I filling form Mgt 7A in its turnover column it shows message to file Mgt 7
