Dear Experts,
While appointing a new director in a existing pvt. ltd. co.DIR-12 is filed with DIR-2 and appointment letter .We have to file MGT-14 for disclosure of interest .my question is wether we have to attach copy of board resolution with MGT-14 or only MBP-1 is sufficient.
Board Resolution is enough. No need to attach MBP-1.
Now there is no need to file MGT.14 for noting of disclosure of interest by directors.
