AY2025-26 ITR-3 has been added now to the Common Offline Utility

What Laptop, what Windows, and what other requirements needed for using the Offline Common Utility.

Hi, Yes, Am using Windows 11 and latest HP laptop. I dont think of any compatibility issue. Common Utlity is downloaded and opening, but it is not proceeding further when i press continue..

What you have downloaded from I-T portal is a zip file , which contains the installer for installing the common utility on your laptop.

So first extract the installer, then doouble click on the installer file to start installation of the Offline Utility porogram.

You must keep your laptop connected to internet while doing the program installation, because it will update the program plus would download microsoft edgeview.

Once all this is completed, you can click on the Common Utility icon on your laptop screen to start doing your ITR filing job.

Hi, yes i have downloaded the utility and the utility does open. After continue its just loading as in attached. Internet is in good speed

Got it.. antivirus software was blocking some files from opening
