The president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Uttam Prakash Agarwal, is on record as saying that he’s serious about joining politics after retirement. What’s not known though is which party he is inclined to join. Are his initials, UPA, an indicator?

If he is joining politics then all the CA Students should exercise their vote and make sure that this person does not win because he has played with result. Best example is PE2 where the result was .25%.

He was responsible for lot of moderation and slicing of result. An institute offical told me this.

He's talking abt the severely low pass % in the recent Pe2 exams. only 0.25% of the candidates had passed in both Grps.

UPA wrote thr " some students think that we manipulates the results but. believe us we didn't do that we only think good for our students'

anyway Uttam P Agarwal has imersed the institute in a lottaf trouble......sure it wil take some time b4 ICAI gets normal....!!!!!
