I have got the main object of the company. I want objects incidental or anicilliary to the main object. Can somebody provide me the same (ie. copy of Memorandum of Association related to the same). Main object of the company is as follows:
"To carry on the business of providing, in India or anywhere in the world, consulting and advisory services in the fields of direct taxation, indirect taxation, other levies, financial consultancy, legal, accountancy, data processing, economic, labour, secretarial, commercial, general administrative, industrial, public relations, technical, statistical and quality control".
OR else please provide the source from were can I obtain the same.
