Membership if form 112 is not filed

Dear Riddhi
First of all congratulations for clearing the CA Final exams
If you have done MCom during articleship and didnt submitted 112 than you will have to first submit form 112 along with a condonation of delay and a letter from your principal (CA) with his remarks on MCom course and non submission of 112.
A sum of Rs 1000 as condonation fees is to be paid
After this ICAI will allot you the membership.
You have to do it at any cost, you dont have any other option.

Second thing- It will not at all affect you articleship so dont bother about that. Its an usual delay and many people face this.

No need to give any reason or explanation. Just write a letter that you have done MCom course during your articleship but forgot to submit 112 which you are submitting now. Prior to this you have done Bcom course for which you have taken permission from ICAI. Please accept the form with condonation and grant me the membership.

if u had conducted mcom along with articalship n timing crash....dont show mcom to icai..not fill 112

I had submitted a condonation letter to the Institute alongwith the fees prescribed by them, post which I got my Membership number.

Even I got my membership number after fulfilling the due compliance along with the fees . Also if you have done mcom from the college, dont mention your college timings that clash with your office timings. Also comply to each and every requirement to avoid the delay and resubmission of various documents ! If everythibg goes fine ,Post submission you will get your membership in a month or so ! I am Ravi Kumar Gupta,qualified CA in November 2017. I am also facing the same problem, I got an email from icai that I did not submit form 112.so I sent form 112 and fee and other docs required by ICAI. in my case college time and article ship time is clashing....when will I get membership number?

You should get your membership number in a month or so.

What actions will icai take if I have not taken permission in form112 for college during my articleship

please share your experience as the same case happened with me i am a ca final student and does not submit form 112 during articleship ....as at the time of registration i am a regular bcom student after that i converted my bcom from regular to correspondence .....will it affect me in any manner if i send form 112 now ...or if i never show my graduation to icai in future ......if i send it now then what documents are required to be attached with form 112 and fees ....as of today my bachlor degree has come ...thank you in advance

After how many days u got it membership ?

Hello all .. I cleared my CA in May 2019 . Now while applying for membership .. Icai asking me to upload form 112 in ssp portal since I did bcom with articleship . I had filled all forms required back then in 2013 . I completed my bcom in 2015 . Unfortunately now my copy of form 103 and form 112 has been misplaced . However both these are now available in tabular form in my account on ssp portal .. what should I do now
