20 July 2025I used to run a medicine shop in another district under composition. I closed the shop and moved in 2017. At that time I applied for cancellation of GST which was granted with effect from 21-12-2017. I have now received an system generated notice u/s 46 asking me to file GSTR 3B for FY2024-25.

Respond to the Notice: - You should reply to the notice explaining your situation, providing details about the cancellation of your GST registration and the closure of your business.
Contact GST helpdesk or local GST office.
Check for any pending matters: You should verify if there are any other pending matters or liabilities that need to be addressed
