MCA Notification to bring 98 Sections of the Companies Act, 2013 into force

 

The Central Government has appointed the 12th September, 2013 as the date on which the certain provisions (of 98 Sections) of the Companies Act, 2013 shall come into force.
 
The MCA Notification dated 12th September, 2013 is available at the following link:

bhaiya I can't open the PDF  ... even after trying it for 3rd time. Please check your file.

i already have the ppt .. you shared it earlier as well.
