Mca name approval

Hello guys , I have query about roc name approval. we have filled form for name approval and same has been approved by roc but after approval our client dont want to incorporate company with that name and saying to file another form for new name. Is it possible or we have to wait for 60 days for filing new form with same details and applicant?? Please Help//// Regards
