Once, as a kid(was 11 years old i guess), it so happened with me that I got ready for a friend's birthday party and with all the excitement went to his home, just to learn that his b'day was the day before. Even though some may admire the increase in quality of the paper (I personally do), the language of the paper seemed vague (especially leasing ques). Overall very difficult paper.
Really don't know the reason behind giving such papers.
There is no way to contact the president and ask him, the reason behind such papers.
I think we will have 1% result or less
