Is company act 2013 going to apply in May 14 IPC??

No, it will not apply in may 2014 according to announcement in CIRC newsletter.

I dont think it is clear yet whether companies act 2013 is applicable for may 14 ipcc..d link given in circ newsletter goes to a blank page on icai website..

Madhuri there is as such marks distribution in costing and fm..
November 2013 papers have proved this..
I mean no marks distribution ..
hey i said that it is not declared by icai dat whether companies act, 2013 is there or not..cozz until i commented there was no announcement on icai website..but now i saw on icai website..d announcement dat companies act 2013 is not there for ipcc
