May'11 attempt - Changes in Corporate Law
Hello everyone..., as i've done wid my articleship, i'm no more recieving the newsletters..... One of my friends told me about 1. Exclusions of PRODUCER COMPANIES & REHABILITION chapters for may attempt 2. Winding up will be applicable only to the extent, that was applicable for november attempt.... So please, check out the newsletter and tell me....

Hi Dhiraj, the rehabilitation chapter is excluded for May 2011 attempt. Only general provisions of winding up will be applicable. But dont know whether the coverage is same as in Nov 2010 since this is my first attemt. Have attached the List of Publications relevant for May 2011. Pls check it.
