maximum no. of transfer

you can take transfer if your parents are getting transfered otherwise u can consult icai quoting ur need for transfer.......as regards ur final attempt in Nov 2010, u ll be eligible to appear in it if you complete ur 3 1/2 yr articles including any period of extension on or before oct 31, 2010. so see whether u satisfy this criteria. u can also adjust the no. of leaves taken after consulting with ur auditor

 Well I beleive the maximum transfers one can take are two and you have already done that

there is no restrictions on no of transfers.............. And ya, alngwith 109, submit recommendation letter by your CA that you need transfer due to family reasons.... You will get it.....

N ya, max no of leaves is 180. for 3.5 years...If you exceed, then you have to serve extra.....

Dont mix leaves and transfer...Thye are two diff concepts...
