Max time taken to generate From 16B after download request in TRACES

What is the maximum time taken to generate From 16B after placing a download request?

A download request was placed about 6 hours ago to download Form 16B from TRACES but it is still in "Submitted" state!

Anyone knows how much time it takes for it to become "Available"?
