whether TDS paid or interest on TDS added in Book profit while calculating MAT book profit?

Yes, it is clearly mentioned under Clause (a) to Explanation to Section 115JB.
I think in explanation a only income tax and provision of income tax is mentioned including DDT Surcharge and education cess
Anything Concerned with Income tax act would be added back EXCEPT PENALTIES.
And Btw TDS represents Income tax so it would be added back.
