Marry, take transfer and divorce(only way out of a CA

Mr Jose, your anger is under stood but you are on a public platform so instead of writing abusive words, write some thing that has impact and if you think that they are not well framed, why dont you write the same things to them. But please dont use such abusive words we are professionals not BHAI's.

leken 15 days ke baad ye pata chala ke transfer is tarh se allow ho rahe hai.

mujhko bhi transfer lena tha, or ab maine bahut upset hun

is taha se allow karke kya hoga. or bhi bahut reasons hote hai.

More over, Jose  u get u r brains checked by a qualified Neuro doc as it has some imbalance i suppose.

Well dear Jose (I think u r even hidind u r real name to avoid any kind of consequenses), just to remind u  ur not a CA and still a wanna be like all of us here, so bear what we all are bearing or leave the course and do some other part time study like CS or ICWA.

Other wise show u r frustation and anger in the right manner and in the right channel by filing a PIL(Public Interest Litigation thought u might not know the full form) against the ICAI or against His Highness CA Uttam Prakash Agarwal. But assaulting him or using crap among people of a highly respected and commended professionals shows nothing more than ur immaturity.

So stop assaulting and start thinking until it gets too late.

When criticising Jose you have crossed your own limit. How dare you to say CS or ICWA as part time course. You are a student and may be due to immaturity you have said this ( no qualified CA would make such comment). But please note that it is not also expected from the students of a reputed course like CA/CS/ ICWA etc. Please also note that CA/ CS/ ICWA - all are  correspondence course (none of them are full time like BE/LLB/ MBBS etc). All the courses have practical training requirement ( in some case after passing the final exam and in some case before passing final).

One more question - what is the relevance of the sentence "I think u r even hidind u r real name to avoid any kind of consequenses"

Your anger is justified but please learn to control your emotion and use more diplomatic language. It will help you in future.

Well Said Jose.

Everybody in this forum as well as other forum who feel that such language is unjustified would rethink if they are made to work with a CA who makes them work 12-14 hours a day without giving credit for extra hours worked with a stipend for Rs 2000 a month and makes the students in a room full of dust, mosquitoes and who sits in front of the student and keeps shouting the whole day and takes out all his frustration caused by his wife, clients, IT officers, traffic jams while coming to office etc on them.

In front of what thousands of students have gone through and are going through right now, and in front of the abusive, inhuman, insane behaviour of ICAI and many of the principals with the students, the language of students seems quite unjustified to me...in the sense it should be even more harsh and abusive in my opinion.

Unless one goes through such trauma, all would feel Jose and many others like him/her who have posted similar views are unjustified.

Ive gone through all this and faced lot of troubles when I wanted a transfer sometime back. I fought back and got whatever I wanted with gods grace and my sources. Today, I have no need to say or think about ICAI. But it is very sad to see the magnitude of the problems and the sufferings students are going through. It is unfortunate to see the arrogance of ICAI and their failure to realise that CA students are the children of the CA pariwar . It is even more frustrating to see the utter disinterest ICAI and its officers show in understanding students needs and responding to them and to give overall consideration to the welfare of the CA students considering them as the children of the so called CA pariwar.

boss i cant say who is right or wrong but i can say one thing all policies made by ICAI is by CA's who are or were principals hence they will make policies which will help them RIGHT!!

First of all by praising the highest official of ICAI will not fetch you any extra marks in the exam.

I think you have really crossed your limit while criticising jose. Moreover u r saying CS/ICWA are also correspondence for your kind inf CA is also corresopondence and not full time like BE/B Tech. There are really many article student who really face lot of hardships due to some uncooperative CA's. Hence what jose says is purely out of frustration and which should be understood by students atleast. There are so many students who would like to shift due to better exposure but are really not able to do due to recent new rules.

To jose,

you should also use some better language while expressing your frustrations as it is a public forum.

Moreover ICAI takes pride in making frequent changes in article / course contents freqently without thinking the plight of students. Tell me any other course in India were you find so much frequent changes in course contents. It causes so much anguity and troublesome on students. Before making so many frequent changes ICAI should look into trouble's caused by students and not just do changes to show that CA is a professional course. everybody knows that CA is a professional course, hence institute need not further make changes and prove that CA is a professional course.

                      3. How do u know jose dont know the full form of PIL( Dont consider urself more knowledgeable) ?

                      4. Can u tell me how many times "THE HIGHNESS" (UTTAM PRAKASH AGARWAL) and his people changed their mind on 

                          transfers and keep on ammending the Articles part?

                    Your thinking is very justified and my personal request is not to use harsh language BECAUSE IT DOESNT SERVE THE PURPOSE and gives a way to people like ASHISH to take it for granted.
