Yes you will get exemption.

First you have to appear for Costing and Taxation in Group I of IPCC and have to score  107 (i.e 200 - 93) in aggregate of two subjects and minimum 40 in each.

And  in group II of IPCC you have to appear for Infoetech and SM and you have get minimum 40 marks (150 - 114=36 but minimum 40 is required )

In all you have to score minimum 120 in all thre subjects i.e Cost, Tax & Indfotech SM.

And in all 107+36=143 in total.

So go for it and

Is it possible 4 me to go 4 article after passing Gr- I PE-II , since under IPCC articleship is applicable after passing Gr-I Or is there is any discussion going on for the same .

 Hey Saibal,

Please forget about how much u scored in PE 2

all u have is to get 50% in UNITs

the units u need to clear are 4 & 6

or Unit 8

get min 40% in each subject

i.e if u opt for taking unit 4 - u need to get min 100  total ( Cost+tax )mark geting 40 mrks above in each subject

Dear Student,
A student who has passed one of the group in PE-II has to appear in UNIT scheme of IPCC exam after converting from PE-II to IPCC Both groups and his passing criteria will remain like earlier i..e 40% in individual paper/s and aggregate of 50% marks in all papers of that unit  (full reference be made to CA Regulations, 1988 regarding passing requirements).
