we are selling goods to merchant exporters
yes you can charge full rate
Procuring goods from supplier on concessional rate the merchant exporter has to place order for the same & The copy of same is to be submitted to Juridictional officer of supplier. Hence if it is done the supplier has to charge 0.1% GST to Merchant Exporter.
